Device won't login

My device (Win 10 laptop) won't sign in. It claims my ID and password is incorrect.
I can use the same ID and password on the Webstorage website and logs in fine. I'm using version

Now my other two devices that had version is claiming wrong ID and password. I went back to version .608 and logging in fine.

Write to their customer service mail box might solve your issue, why not give it a try?
