App connection issue

Hi everyone

I am using Asus Webstorage App version on a Windows 10 PC.
I also have the remote drive app up and running

When I try to login thru the webstorage app, I keep getting an error message (we cannot establish connection...pls check your WIFI connection. Other types of connections using the same credentials such as remote drive and/or web interface will operate properly.

Any ideas on this issue ?

Oh, you need to update the ASUS WebStorage & Remote Drive applications at first.

If you still have the problem with login these APPs, you can provide the Log file, Logged in time (Failure time), the error message of the screenshot to customer service:
