Hi racherry,

You can refer to FAQ B2.11 : https://support.asuswebstorage.com/estorage/eservice/1033/FAQViewKBArticle.aspx?kbarticleid=bcd6e3aa-caf6-e211-b540-00155d01c002

Delete your local data which has been backed-up from your PC → wait until the website shows up “ the original data has been deleted” → Click delete button
