Backup Has Stalled

For some reason, backup has stopped working for me, and stalls on a number of files repeatedly. It stays at 0 bytes backed up for days, with no additional progress. Note that it is not just a specific file, several have the same behavior, resulting in no backup and my computer on all the time.

I have tried the current version (ASUSWebStorageSyncAgent2.1.0), as well as the previous suite (ASUSWebStorage3.0.144.298) and both are seeing the same problem.

I have a lot to backup and am wasting a lot of time troubleshooting this. Any suggestions? I'm on Windows 8.1 x64.

Not sure if Asus did anything on their end, but it started working again last night at some point. I assume so because I also sent support an email and it was broken for 5 days prior to that.
